I rented a tandem bicycle with them to ride along canal du midi for around 50 kms with my 70 years old mother, the bicycle was in very good shape, the staff was friendly and kind.

Thank you very much for your great service. Although I had no booking and there was a big group of people to be served before me, you did everything to speed up the booking for me because I was a bit in a hurry. I drove over 250km with the bicycle an had one flat tyre which was no problem because you had provided me with a spare tube to take with me. Bike return was really quick.

I would highly recommend La Petite Maison du Vélo if you’re planning to hire bikes while in Toulouse. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They provided us with maps and route suggestions. The whole process to hire the bikes was very easy from start to finish.

Have rented bikes from them in the past, and they're always great, but this time they went above and beyond. Incredibly busy weekend, (Long weekend in France and best weather in Occitanie for about a month) and one of our group got sick the morning we were meant to go biking. They managed to find four bikes for us the following day at no extra charge. Merci beaucoup, Petite Maison du Vélo!
